Kasia Kowalska, Sister of Sion and PhD Candidate at Leo Baeck College and the Open University, became a part time lecturer at Bethlehem University (BU) in the Holy Land in November 2018.
Leo Baeck College Library Exhibition – Armistice Day 2018
To mark Armistice Day we have put together a small exhibition of material from the library that reflects the impact of the First World War and the Armistice itself on Jewish communities, rabbis and soldiers, and also showcasing the breadth and variety of the library’s holdings.
This Sunday (18 Nov) our 2-week intensive Lehrhaus course Crossing Borders: Transcending Boundaries of Gender and Community in Ruth begins at Leo Baeck College. This first session will be taught by Dr Ben Williams and the second (25 Nov) by Dr Laliv Clenman.
