Gaby is a lecturer in Jewish education at Leo Baeck College. Her interests include adult education and adult learning, lifelong learning, Jewish ways of learning, educational leadership and curriculum design & development. At the College she teaches on the MA in Jewish Educational Leadership and on the Rabbinic Programme. She is also a personal tutor to students studying Jewish Education.
Prior to joining the College, Gaby worked in the Martin Buber Centre for Adult and Continuing Education at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. There she developed and was responsible for running a programme in adult education called ‘Friday at the University’ שישי באוניברסיטה which had over 1000 participants a year.
Gaby’s second role at Leo Baeck College is Head of Academic Services with special responsibility for quality assurance and enhancement. She is the primary contact with Middlesex University, the body validating the College’s degrees and awards, and the primary contact for the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) and the Office for Students (OfS). Gaby is also the College’s Examinations Officer.
