Julie is from just outside Detroit, MI and originally studied fine art in her “before library” life. She received her MSc from City University in 2006 and has worked in library and information roles since that point, mainly in academia. Julie spends her free time with her cats and other family/friends, reading, drawing and thinking about where to travel next.
